Enter the inner sanctum of James Beard Award-Winning Chef RJ Cooper’s kitchen and creative fancy for an experiential meal you must encounter to believe. Dependent on the whimsy of our creative captain, no two menus will be the same and each meal will consist of a multi-course tasting experience inspired by Tennessee, its rich bounty, and crafted with modernist techniques.
$225 per person for a multi-course tasting menu, excluding tax and gratuity
$100 per person for drink pairings consisting of cocktails, wines, sherries and after-dinner drinks for a multi-course tasting menu
